Website information
The public website provides information about TouteGestion and its products. Product descriptions, capabilities, availability indicators and future plans may change as the platform develops.
No service agreement created by browsing
Browsing the website, requesting a demo or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a paid service agreement, trial or subscription. Product use may be subject to separate terms, onboarding conditions or agreements.
Products and subscriptions
TouteGestion is a family of focused applications on a shared platform foundation. An organisation may use the product or combination of products covered by its applicable subscription or agreement; using one product does not by itself mean that every TouteGestion product is included.
Accounts and authorised access
Where a product requires an account, users are responsible for protecting their credentials and using access only for authorised organisational purposes. Permissions, roles and product access may be administered according to the organisation's setup and applicable service arrangements.
Service lifecycle and organisational records
A change to subscription status or an individual user's access does not necessarily mean that organisational records are immediately deleted. Records may be retained for continuity, audit, contractual or legal requirements according to the applicable product terms and service arrangements.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or connected services to interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious material or violate applicable law.
Intellectual property
TouteGestion names, product materials, site content and software remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. No licence is granted except as necessary to use the website or an applicable product normally under the relevant service arrangement.
