If you contact TouteGestion by email or through a linked product, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, organisation, country, email address and the content of your enquiry.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, evaluate onboarding requirements, operate and improve TouteGestion products, maintain security and meet applicable operational or legal requirements.
Organisation and product data
Information entered into a TouteGestion product is used to provide the relevant product functions for the organisation using that service. Product access is designed around organisation context and authorised roles rather than making one organisation's operational data generally available to another.
Product privacy
TouteGestion products may process additional information required for their specific functions. The categories of information differ between products such as School Management, HR & Payroll, Accounting, Hospitality Operations and Documents. Product-specific notices, onboarding terms or agreements may apply separately from this public website notice.
Infrastructure and service providers
The website and products may rely on infrastructure and service providers to host, secure, communicate and operate the service. Information is shared only as necessary for those functions and according to the applicable service arrangements.

TouteGestion uses product and platform controls intended to restrict access according to organisation context, account permissions and operational responsibility. No online service can promise absolute security, so controls and operating practices are reviewed as the platform develops.
